MILTON ATTIC INSULATION

Website Accessibility

Accessibility features, alternative contact and how to report a barrier.

We want homeowners to be able to understand attic services and contact us using the method that works for them.

Commitment

Milton Attic Insulation aims to make information and enquiry paths usable for people with different abilities, devices and assistive technologies. Accessibility is an ongoing practice across content, navigation, images and forms. We welcome reports of a barrier so it can be investigated and corrected.

Keyboard navigation

The main navigation, mobile submenu controls, gallery filters, links and form fields are intended to work by keyboard. A visible focus indicator should show the current control. Use Tab to advance, Shift and Tab to move backward, Enter or Space to activate a button, and the browser’s usual controls for form inputs. If a control traps focus or cannot be used, please tell us.

Page structure

Pages use headings in a meaningful hierarchy, a skip link to reach the main content, descriptive link wording and labels for navigation areas. Responsive layouts rearrange cards, photographs and forms as screen width changes. Text should remain readable when zoomed. Some third-party form controls depend on the active WPForms version and configuration.

Images and contrast

Photographs use alternative text that describes the visible attic condition or work detail without making an unverified project claim. Decorative interface details can be ignored by assistive technology where appropriate. Text and controls are designed with strong contrast against their backgrounds, including phone cards and buttons. Please report any colour combination that is difficult to read.

Forms and errors

The enquiry form is supplied by WPForms. Required fields, input labels, validation and submission confirmation depend on the configured form. When form fields change, we review their labels, error messages and keyboard operation. A form that fails to submit should not be the only way to reach us.

Alternative contact

If a form, image, document or navigation control is inaccessible, use the phone number or email address shown on the Contact page when those settings are configured. Describe the page, device or assistive technology involved and the action you were trying to complete. We can discuss the same attic question through an alternative channel.

Ongoing improvement

Accessibility can change when plugins, browsers or content are updated. We review reusable components such as menus, cards, call links, gallery controls and form sections. A specific issue may need time to reproduce and fix, particularly when it arises in third-party software. We do not claim an external certification or perfect compatibility with every possible combination of technology.

Feedback

Please include the page address and a brief description of the barrier. If you would like a reply, include a preferred contact method. Feedback is used to prioritize fixes and to provide the requested information through another route while a technical issue is investigated. Personal details sent for feedback are handled under the Privacy Policy.

Mobile access

On smaller screens, the navigation collapses into a menu with separate controls for groups of pages. A fixed bottom bar offers a call action when a phone number is configured and a route to the assessment form. The page includes bottom spacing so the bar does not cover the final content. If screen zoom or a particular device causes an overlap, please report the page and device details.

Reading and motion

The design uses readable system fonts, clear spacing and limited motion. Browser text zoom and operating-system display settings can be used to change reading size. Links are identifiable in prose, and photo captions are brief descriptions of what is visible. The gallery can be filtered using buttons, but all images remain available without a particular filter. There is no timed content that a visitor must read before it disappears.

Third-party content

A form plugin and any analytics or anti-spam tools may introduce controls or messages maintained outside the theme. Those elements should be checked after configuration and after each substantial plugin update. If a third-party control prevents an enquiry, the phone and email options can provide an alternative. We can investigate a reported obstacle even when the final fix depends on the plugin vendor or a configuration change.

We appreciate concise, specific feedback because it helps us reproduce an issue and make the next revision more useful to everyone. We also welcome suggestions.
